WorkOrderTT

Keeping Technicians on task for work to be completed in a timely manner can be a chore. Making sure you are charging enough for the time spent is another. Are we really getting our hourly rate? All these things can now be addressed with our native time tracker for Work Orders. The LS Toolkit Time tracker allows multiple Techs to be logged into a single Work Order tracking each persons time spent and consolidating it in a Summary view. We also have an Under/Over timer that calculates the allotted time for a ticket based on your programed hourly rate; letting The Tech know how much time they have to get the ticket completed, or if they have run over and by how much. A daily email summary (coming soon) to the Service Manager will provide an End of Day snapshot as to how his Team did for the day.

VendorSTOK

With our VendorSTOK solution, jumping out of Lightspeed hundreds of times a day to check vendor stock will become a thing of the past.

With the VendorSTOK feature activated you will regain some of the valuable lost time spent jumping between Lightspeed and Vendor sites, logging in, navigating and checking stock. VendorSTOK lets you know exactly what the vendor has in stock and at which warehouse all within the item view in Lightspeed. Do you find yourself trying to hide the pricing on a Vendors b2b site in order to show a customer an item? Or fumbling around trying to find an item on a Manufacturers Marketing site to show a customer? With our Customer View, we provide you a direct link to the exact item on the manufacturer's site keeping the sales process smooth and efficient; preventing the need to hide prices or other non-customer relevant information.
